Title: Registered Nurse Shift Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Location:
Media, PA Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide
high-quality care, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient
environment. As an Ambulatory Care RN, you will be responsible for
managing patients with chronic and acute conditions and
coordinating care across various specialties. Provide comprehensive
nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, including
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
Perform and assist with various clinical procedures, such as wound
care, administering injections, managing IVs, and monitoring vital
signs. Accurately document patient information, treatment plans,
and progress in electronic health records (EHR) according to
established guidelines and protocols. Collaborate with physicians,
specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless
care delivery and continuity across different care settings.
