Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour rotation (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide specialized care in a Level 4 NICU and Pediatric Critical Care environment. You will administer therapies, manage ventilators, and assist in critical procedures for neonates and pediatrics. Responsibilities - Perform direct intubations and assist in high-risk deliveries. - Manage ventilator settings and troubleshoot alarms. - Administer aerosol medications and other respiratory therapies. - Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Document patient care accurately in the Epic charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU/PICU settings preferred. - RRT certification, PALS, and NRP required. - State licensure in respiratory therapy. - Preferred experience with ECMO, trauma level I and II facilities, and teaching hospitals.
