Description This is a part-time remote role for a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Wonderstar Aba. The position is located
in Maryland, United States, with some in perosn. The BCBA will be
responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments,
developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention
plans, and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The
candidate will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other
professionals to promote skill acquisition, address behavioral
challenges, and provide parent education. Progress monitoring, data
analysis, and staff training will also be part of daily tasks.
Qualifications Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
Strong background in Psychology as it applies to behavior
intervention Effective communication and interpersonal skills for
collaborating with families and teams Certification as a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required Experience working with
individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related needs is
preferred Proficiency in data analysis and report writing Ability
to travel locally for client sessions as needed
