Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,300 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse – Maryland Start Date: January 19, 2026 Location: Baltimore, Maryland Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Highlights: Primary focus on Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit with mixed ICU overflow responsibilities Advanced cardiac patient population including post-CABG, valve repair/replacement, ECMO, and ventricular assist devices Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams Cerner charting system; 40 hours of orientation provided Opportunity to work with cutting-edge cardiac technologies including IABP, Impella, TAVR, and pulmonary artery monitoring Float within facility to various units as needed; weekend coverage required Requirements: Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience required At least 2 years as a staff CVICU nurse required Valid Maryland or Compact state RN license required at time of submission Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CALS 16-hour Maryland Approved Trauma Certification required by week 27 Strong competency in cardiovascular critical care including arterial line management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive drip titration, and ventilator management Experience with post-cardiac surgery patients, central line management, and blood product administration Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with a complex cardiovascular patient population in a well-supported critical care environment.
