Job Description Chief of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Baltimore, MD Position OverviewLifeBridge Health is seeking a Chief of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to provide strategic leadership for the Rehabilitation Institute at Sinai Hospital (RIS) and oversee system-wide PM&R services. This leadership role combines clinical oversight, administrative management, teaching, research, and advocacy, helping advance the Institute as a regional and national leader in rehabilitation care. Assignment DetailsFull-time, employed leadership position System-wide oversight of rehabilitation services including outpatient, inpatient, and specialty programs Collaborate with RIS leadership, including Director of Rehabilitation Services, Residency Program Director, Director of Clinical Research, and Physician Medical Directors across 10 divisions Develop and mentor the next generation of PM&R physicians and rehab professionals Drive clinical excellence, research initiatives, and evidence-based rehabilitation practices Promote professional growth and staff development across multidisciplinary teams QualificationsBoard Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Additional subspecialty certification a plus 7–10 years of administrative and clinical leadership experience Prior chair or vice-chair experience preferred; emerging leaders with appropriate experience considered Active participation at the national level in PM&R Research experience with presentations and publications Strong commitment to diversity, quality, teamwork, and professional development Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $375K–$500K, commensurate with experience Incentive opportunities available Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) CME allowance and paid time off Life insurance Free parking Additional InformationThe Chief of PM&R leads a team of over 200 staff, including nearly 150 therapists and 15 board-certified physiatrists.
