Job Description Job 24130| J-1 visa for 2022- Flexible Geriatrics Physician needed Baltimore, MD - potential of making $350k - First year guarantee base Salary $220K Bonus (seeing 18-20 patients per day) - With the ability to transition to productivity base where physicians are earning between $350-$500k (seeing around 35 patients in nursing home) - They are offering partnership. - BC/BE Internal Medicine physician needed in Baltimore MD. - You will work with 5 other physicians. - Traditional practice to include o 2 weeks in 2 months at one hospital doing inpatient work seeing about 10-15 patients per day o Other 6 weeks within the 2 months § ½ day per week in clinic, § Rest of the time working in the nursing home where there is an NP that takes the call. See patients 3-4 hours per day and then patient notes can be done from home. Will see an average of 18-20 patients for the guarantee base model - Call schedule is 1 in 4. - The payer mix includes: HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid and BC/BS. - The salary is negotiable depending on your experience and what model you choose. - The group offers incentive bonuses, health insurance, dental insurance, CME, life insurance - This group can sponsor H1 - Qualifies for loan reimbursement Baltimore is a major metropolitan area, offering professional sports, fine dining and shopping, major universities and colleges, history, art and cultural events.
