Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Bel Air, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,277 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: 2 years of experience required; will accept first-time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience License: RN state license required Certifications: BLS preferred Must-Have: Active state license at the time of submission. Description: The Case Manager RN will work primarily days, Monday through Friday. This position does not require weekend shifts. The average daily case load is 15 cases. Responsibilities include providing and coordinating medical home care, placement, and addressing social issues to ensure safe discharges. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is preferred. Experience in acute care settings is beneficial. Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of care coordination and discharge planning. BLS certification is a preferred qualification. Candidates must be comfortable floating to different areas within the facility. Professional references may be required. This role involves working with adult and geriatric patients. Candidates should possess skills in appeals and denials, audits, benefits eligibility, and disease management. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and coding systems such as ICD-10 is essential. Candidates will be expected to engage in interdisciplinary support and utilize skills relevant to hospital case management. The position requires strong organization and communication skills to facilitate patient-centered care. Travelers are encouraged to apply.
