Job Description Job Description Summary: As a Registered
Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you're pivotal in providing
comprehensive respiratory care and evaluating patients with
respiratory illnesses. Your responsibilities include critical care
support, emergency room assistance, ventilator management, oxygen
therapy, aerosolized medication delivery, and CPR/code team
participation. Collaborating closely with the healthcare team, you
set therapeutic goals, operate diagnostic equipment, and maintain

Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Practitioner program.
Associate degree required; BS/BA degree is desirable. New Grads are
encouraged to apply. Licensure/Certification: A minimum associate's
degree in respiratory care (or equivalent) is required. Graduation
from a Registered Respiratory Therapy Program approved by the
Commission For The Accreditation Of Respiratory Care Education
(CoARC). A bachelor’s degree in respiratory care or other
associated bachelor’s degree is preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Must
be able to understand medical terminology, medical anatomy and
physiology and to effectively convey this information in written
and verbal format to others. Strong understanding of pulmonary
anatomy and physiology relative to the tests performed. Should be
mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity for equipment
troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word. $10,000.00 Sign on
Bonus Salary Range: Minimum 34.11/hour - Maximum 56.34/hour.
Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for
roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range
is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during
candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation
discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
