Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered
Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a
dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various
units and specialties. The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a
designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by
nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient
care needs. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time,
in which all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as
well as committees throughout the hospital. At Sinai, we are

our residents and patients. Sinai Hospital is the largest community
hospital in Maryland, consisting of 483-licensed beds that offers
training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students

Discounts and more! JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the patient care
team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and
functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their
families. REQUIREMENTS: - Critical Care experience required - 2
years of experience in 2 departments required - Basic professional
knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of
theory and practice within a specialized field - Maryland
Registered Nurse License - American Heart Association Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification and ACLS PREFERRED: - Current
Certification - NRP for WICU, M/B L&D - PALS for ED, PACU,
PEDS, PICU, & CDCR Float Pool staff will follow a 6-week schedule
and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2
difficult-to-staff days required. All staff are eligible for shift
incentives once flex obligations have been met. Additional
