Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,169 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21224! Job Title: Progressive Care Unit Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Two or more years of Progressive Care/Intermediate Care experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ventilator experience Description: The Progressive Care Unit cares for a population with cardiac and pulmonary conditions. Experience with ventilators is required. Every other weekend work is mandatory, with holidays as needed per unit requirements. The role involves floating to various units as needed, including Progressive Care, Intermediate Care, and Medical-Surgical units. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:4 for Progressive Care, 1:3 for Intermediate Care, and 1:5 for Medical-Surgical.
