looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team!

a/nwell-established and dynamic small animal hospital located
between the/nBaltimore and Annapolis metropolitan areas. We are
seeking a proficient/nveterinarian interested in practicing quality
medicine among a team of/nfriendly, professional, and fun-loving

knowledge, and capabilities. About the Opportunity: - Combination
of general practice caseload/n(scheduled wellness visits,
sick/injured appointments, and surgeries/dentals)/nas well as a
limited quota of same-day-sick visits shared daily among
the/ndoctoral team - “Flex Hour” daily on weekdays as a buffer
that/nis free from scheduled appointments – this helps ensure lunch
is eaten, the/nworkload remains contained within reasonable working
hours, and that nursing/nmothers can be confident they will have
time to tend to their needs - Access to several local
emergency/nhospitals/specialty practices for case transfer,
discussion, and guidance - Full-time preferred, part-time
considered Alternating A/B/ntype of schedule A: - 2 day shifts
8a-3p (one of these to be/nsurgical/dental) - 2 evening shifts
12p-8p (one with on-call/novernight for any previously admitted
pets) B: - 2 day shifts 8a-3p (one of these to be surgical/dental)
- 1 evening shift 12p-8p (with on-call overnight for
any/npreviously admitted pets) - Saturday 9a-3p o /nRoughly one
/nSunday every 6 weeks on-call for any pets already in the
hospital- we/ndo not admit any cases into the hospital outside of
normal business hours, so/nbeing on-call only applies to previously
admitted pets o /nRotating and randomly assigned holiday
on-call/nfor any previously admitted pets o /nSchedules are
predictable and posted 3 months in/nadvance to help with planning
for vacation, personal appointments, or other/ntime off; holiday
on-call assignments are provided at the end of the summer for/nthe
next calendar year Our 3,500 square foot facility includes: - Eight
exam rooms equipped individually with/ncomputer, vaccine
refrigerators, and supplies - Separate dedicated room
for/nhospital/surgical/dental discharges - Two full surgery suites
with anesthesia/nmonitoring equipment - Dental suite with digital
dental radiography and/nultrasonic scaling/handpiece machine -
Pharmacy- Rx options include in-hospital, an/nonline pharmacy, or
as a written Rx for owners to submit elsewhere - Isolation Ward -
ICU with separate, quieter area for feline or/nmore nervous
patients - CO2 Cutting Laser - Digital Radiography with cloud-based
image/nstorage - Ultrasound machine with cloud-based image/nstorage
- IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment - Dedicated “room
technicians” to facilitate/ngathering medical history/intake,
assistance during the visit, and in-room/ninvoicing/payment -
Paper-light practice utilizing conventional/nphone and electronic
communication methods (text, email) - Shared DVM office for
effortless collaboration/nand case review - Spacious, well-lit
waiting room for clients/nwith separate area for feline patients -
Open concept treatment area with adjacent/npre-operative alcove -
Boarding area with access to dedicated playroom,/nkitchen, and
bathing room We offer: - $115,000 - $140,000 base salary, varying
