Job Description Certification Details - BLS - Maryland RN
License Job Details - Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in an
acute care setting. - Preferred specialty experience in: Ortho,
Vascular, Robot, Plastics. - Scrub experience a plus, but not
required. Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience. -
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. - Current
license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to
start of assignment for all licensed professionals. - Completion of
required health and safety trainings including Ascension Color
Vision, Core Competencies, and others as specified. - Documentation
of required immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B,
Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, TB testing). - Valid Driver's
License/State ID as per state requirements. Schedule Information -
4 call per 6 week schedule. - 2 weekdays and 2 independent weekend
days/nights per 6 weeks. Additional Details - For any disciplinary
actions please complete FACIS Questionnaire and upload with board
documents and verification. - Pre-Hire Modules required for
Non-Allied Positions to be completed prior to clearance. - Resume
or Profile required. - Qualifying references (at least two
professional) required prior to first assignment. - Background
checks and verifications including criminal background, EPLS,
employment verification, and education verification required.
