Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychologist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 38 weeks - 37.5 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School District near Rock Hall, MD in need of experienced School Psychologist (SSP) for a local or travel contract position starting ASAP working 37.5 hours per week for the remainder of the 24-25 School Year. The position is for In-Person only. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and prior school-based experience as a School Psychologist (Psych) is Required . Job Type: Contract (W2) School Psychologist Job Duties: o/tConduct assessments (intelligence, achievement, functional, behavioral, social, emotional, and curriculum-based assessment) o/tInterpret results for special education eligibility and individual educational needs o/tProvide case management and coordination. Crisis intervention when appropriate o/tKnowledge of state and federal legislation for disabilities o/tCommunicate effectively both orally and in writing, with staff, students and families. o/tLead collaboration and integration strategies. o/tFunction as an effective member of the Multi-disciplinary Team. o/tExperience leading teams in manifestation determinations, functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans. o/tAbility to identify individual student needs and develop effective recommendations for the multi-disciplinary team.
