Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Acute Care Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,172 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified LTAC RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21215! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Maryland Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Maryland Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Float position across three specialized units: ICU Step-Down, Brain Health Unit, and Long-Term Care Ventilator Unit. Every other weekend required. Every other holiday required. Highlights: Float across three dynamic units including a 40-bed ICU step-down unit, 60-bed Brain Health Unit, and 18-23 bed Long-Term Care Ventilator Unit Gain experience with complex medical conditions including post-cardiac arrest, pneumonia, sepsis, acute respiratory failure, CVA rehabilitation, and chronic ventilator-dependent patients Work with advanced specialty equipment including mechanical ventilators, tracheostomies, high-flow nasal cannula, PICC lines, chest tubes, and G-tubes Charting system: Cerner EMR experience required First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience Interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and social services Requirements: Valid Maryland or Compact State nursing license required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in acute care settings ACLS and BLS certifications required Experience with ventilator management, critical care step-down, and complex medical-surgical patients strongly preferred LTAC and Trauma Level I experience preferred Proficiency with Cerner charting system required Strong organizational and critical thinking skills for rapidly changing patient conditions Ability to attend all orientation days Tuesday through Friday during day shift Strict adherence to time and attendance policies required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This float position offers exceptional professional growth across three specialized care environments, allowing you to develop expertise in ICU step-down care, neurological and behavioral health nursing, and long-term ventilator management.
