with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Baltimore,
Maryland, 21287! Job Title: Pediatric Emergency Department RN
Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatrics Emergency
Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating 7A/7P Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Pediatric Emergency or
Pediatric Psychiatry; at least 1 travel assignment preferred.
License: RN License required. Certifications: BLS, PALS required.
Must-Have: - EPIC experience preferred. Description: The Pediatric
Emergency Department is a designated Burn, Trauma, and Eye center.
The facility has 32 beds and 3 triage spaces. It includes 2 rooms
with 2 bed spaces each, 3 secure pediatric psychiatric beds, 2
negative pressure isolation rooms, and 2 critical care rooms. There
are also 2 pediatric-specific trauma bays and 1 eye room. All
specialties of pediatric patients are seen in the department.
Specialties include neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, hematology,
endocrine, genetics, pulmonary, cardiac, orthopedics,
ophthalmology, general pediatric surgery, general pediatrics,
rheumatology, psychiatry, gastrointestinal, urology, burns, trauma,
and eye care. Patient age ranges from newborn to 21 years and 364
days. Exceptions include young adults with pediatric oncology
diagnoses up to and including age 25 years and psychiatric patients
up to age 18 years. Pediatric trauma cases are defined as age 14
