ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/10/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Choice of 3x12 or 4x12 schedule • Every 3rd weekend required • Float required to Med Surg, Med Surg/Tele, IMC, and ED Boarder as needed • Expected to float to ED to care for boarders and/or inpatient units for patient care • Patient ratios of 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends • Care for adult and geriatric patient populations • Daily census of 25 patients • 24 hours of orientation provided • Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms • 2 years of nursing experience required • Travel experience required • Med Surg/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required • ER holding experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS • Preferred certifications: CPI, NIHSS • Must have compact license or MD license • Two supervisor references required • Charting system experience preferred (Cerner) • Skills include accessing/managing ports, central line blood draw, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and various cardiac and respiratory procedures • Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams Facility: This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides advanced patient care across multiple specialty units.
