Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,234 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21224! Job Title: Home Infusion RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: IV Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Prior home infusion experience, home care experience, highly proficient with IV placements, infusion therapies, and comfortable managing patients independently in the field. License: RN license for Maryland Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Prior home infusion experience. Description: This is a home infusion nursing position for a 13-week duration. Shifts are Monday through Friday for eight-hour daytime shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role requires prior home infusion and home care experience. Candidates must be highly proficient with IV placements and infusion therapies. The position involves managing patients independently in the field. BLS certification and a valid RN license for Maryland are required. Experience with remote client documentation and/or Epic is preferred. There will be weekend on-call shifts once every 7-8 weeks from Friday at 5:00 PM to Monday morning at 8:30 AM.
