ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/10/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Acute Care Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • 3x12 schedule working three shifts per week • Float position required within skillset to MS & MS/Tele units • Every other weekend required • Patient ratio of 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends • 2 years of nursing experience required • Travel experience required • MS/Tele, Cardiac Telemetry, and Telemetry experience required • Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS • Must have compact license or MD license • 16 hours of orientation provided • Care for adult and geriatric patient populations • Work with 24-bed unit with daily census of 24 patients • Previous charge experience preferred • Two supervisor references required • Must complete pre-start modules averaging 12 hours • One pre-approved time off period allowed • No more than 7 days RTO per 13-week contract preferred Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive acute care unit specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry services.
