(IR) Lab at The Johns Hopkins Hospital comprises 8 procedural
rooms, handling approximately 40 cases daily. Radiology Nurses
deliver comprehensive care to both inpatients and outpatients of
all ages undergoing a wide range of imaging studies and
interventional procedures. Responsibilities include patient
preparation, IV and central line access, procedural sedation,
intra-procedure monitoring, general anesthesia support, and
emergency response. Nurses play a critical role in ensuring patient
safety and maintaining a high standard of clinical care throughout
all phases of the IR experience. With passionate and driven

with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing
program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an
accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the

Day in the life of a IR nurse! Salary Range: Minimum $38.49/hour -
Maximum $59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity
and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In
cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary
discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any
subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate
