Overview We are seeking a dedicated OB Hospitalist to fill a locum position on weekends, ensuring continuous, high-quality obstetric care. This role is perfect for physicians seeking flexible scheduling opportunities while maintaining clinical excellence. You'll work alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering outstanding care and advancing maternal health outcomes. Required Skills Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in Maryland Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) Significant clinical experience in obstetrics and inpatient hospital settings Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients Nice to Have Skills Experience with high-risk obstetrics Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior locum or temporary hospitalist experience BLS and ACLS certifications Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 3 years of obstetric hospitalist experience Prior work in hospital-based obstetric care in a similar clinical setting Other Requirements Availability to work during weekend shifts as scheduled Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital privileging requirements Willingness to travel if required for credentialing or supplemental assignments Current BLS and ACLS certifications; other certifications as mandated by the facility This opportunity offers hourly pay at $195.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, along with competitive benefits to support your professional and personal well-being.
