Unit at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is a 36-bed Critical Care, Step
Down unit that care for patients needing closer and in-depth
telemetry monitoring. Each room is equipped with hemodynamic
monitors and is capable of cardiac telemetry and continuous pulse
oximetry for stable and unstable patients. We take care of a wide
variety of adult patients with neurologic, respiratory, cardiac,
renal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary as well as endocrine and
gynecologic conditions. We also provide care for trauma,
post-surgical and behavioral patients. JOB SUMMARY: As a member of
the patient care team, the RN, Registered Nurse at Sinai Hospital
of Baltimore, provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and
functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their
families. REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an
Associate's degree (2 years college Requires knowledge of a
specialized field. Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing. Less
than 1 year of experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse,
registered to practice in Maryland. American Heart Association CPR
