Tender Touch Rehab Services invites applications for a Float Physical Therapist Assistant position. The Float Physical Therapist Assistant will collaborate with physical therapists to implement therapy programs tailored to the needs of our patients, ensuring optimal care regardless of location. Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatments as prescribed by licensed physical therapists. Travel between assigned facilities to provide continuity of care. Document patient progress and therapy outcomes. Engage patients and their families in the therapy process, providing education and support. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to facility and department procedures. Adjust and operate therapy equipment according to patient needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of employment. CPR certification is preferred.
