Spring, Maryland, 20902! Summary: Ref : SM-U-2222 Specialty: RN -
Long Term Care Job Type: Contract/ Per Diem Location: Silver
Spring, MD Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate:
$43.9/hr Requirements: Must hold active RN license in practicing
state. Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. BLS required;
LTC certifications highly preferred. Responsibilities: Clinical
Care: Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly.
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care. Compliance &
Documentation: Document care accurately per LTC regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans. Support &
Education: Educate residents and families on care plans and goals.
