- Travel - (ICU RN) StartDate: 2/23/2026 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay
Rate: $1983.00 - $2105.00 RN needed for 32 bed Cardiac and Vascular
surgery unit with 1:2-4 N/P ratios. Levels of care vary from High
Acuity IMC (requires ICU experience, 1:2 ratio managing low-dose
pressors, mechanical ventilation via trach, unstable rhythms
requiring TVP or epicardial pacing, continuous cardiac monitoring),
IMC (dose-ordered vasoactives, continuous cardiac monitoring), and
Telemetry (intermittent cardiac monitoring) to Mixed level of care
assignments with IMC and Telemetry patients with typically 1:3
during the day and 1:4 at night Level 1 Adult & Pediatric Trauma
