Hours are 7 am to 4 pm, Monday and Tuesday with additional days possible. Our team approach is focused on the unique needs of the individual patient. We build relationships based upon communication and trust that support both dental health and overall well-being. Benefits: 401k Plan with matching Paid Time Off and Holidays Continuing Education Family Dental Care No Evenings or Weekends Supportive, Family-like Work Environment Requirements A current license to practice dental hygiene in Maryland (RDH) At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene Ability to perform all hygiene clinical procedures including digital radiography, oral cancer screening, perio charting, prophylaxis, debridement, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, placement of Arestin, and the application of fluoride varnish Proven success in advanced periodontal therapies preferred Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively educate patients regarding their unique needs and home care instructions Certification to administer local anesthetic Familiarity with infection control requirements and processes Outstanding time management skills Willingness to contribute to the success of the team Desire to provide the best patient care possible and build long-term relationships with patients Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
