Momentum Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Family Based Therapist who's looking for flexibility in their schedule and is passionate about helping others in a supportive, relaxed work environment. Qualifications: Therapists work with the family to stabilize the child(ren) by increasing the quality of relationships and functioning within the family system and community. The Family Based therapists work as a team to provide therapy to children/youth and their families. As a team, the therapists provide a comprehensive 30-day initial assessment, family therapy, child individual therapy, sibling therapy, parenting sessions/support, case management & assistance/advocacy within the community. These services are provided in the home, school, and community. Each Family Based therapist takes part in an on-call rotation to provides crisis support for all the families in our Family Based program as needed. Specialized training is provided & required. Family Based Therapists must be willing to work a flexible schedule. An Family Based Therapist must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and one year of work experience with children and/or families.
