Job Description Job Description Salary: $19-$20.50 Larmax Homes | Senior Living Community Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts (12 Hours) Larmax Homes is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (CMAs/Med Techs) who are caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others. Join a respected, growing senior living company where your work truly makes a difference. What Youll Do: Administer medications and assist with treatments as outlined in care plans. Monitor residents and report status changes to the care team. Keep medication records and charts accurate and up to date. Coordinate with pharmacies for medication orders/deliveries. Support daily living activities and provide emotional care and companionship. Engage residents in wellness and enrichment programs. What You Need: Current CMA license in Virginia. Valid CNA, GNA, PCA, or DCA certification (per VA requirements). Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to get it). 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (medication-related).
