Harbor Compensation: $38-$47 hour based on experience Schedule:
Full-time, 30 hours per week Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility /
Rehabilitation Center Reports To: Director of Rehabilitation
Position Summary/Responsibilities The Occupational Therapist will
provide comprehensive therapy services to assist patients in
regaining functional independence. Key responsibilities include:
Assessing patients and developing individualized treatment plans.
Implementing therapy interventions to improve daily living skills
and functional mobility. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary
team to enhance patient outcomes. Supervising therapy assistants
and students as required by licensure. Ensuring accurate
documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Educating patients and families on rehabilitation goals and
treatment plans. Participating in facility meetings, quality
improvement initiatives, and regulatory Requirements Bachelor's
degree (or recognized foreign equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.
Current and valid OT license/certification. Experience working with
adult/geriatric populations. Familiarity with electronic medical
records (EMR) systems. Ability to perform physical tasks such as
patient transfers, equipment handling, and extended periods of
