Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry/n/n Assignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend coverage required. /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Nurse in the 3W Cardiac Tele unit will provide care for patients with primary or secondary cardiac diagnoses, including telemetry patients, primary stroke/TIA, and stable cardiac cath patients. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide assessment, diagnosis, and care for cardiac telemetry patients. /n - Perform remote telemetry monitoring and respond to emergency situations effectively. /n - Implement and manage specialty drips, such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin. /n - Execute IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral/central line care and management. /n - Assist with post-myocardial infarction and pre/post-cardiac catheterization care. /n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams, including respiratory services and physical therapy. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Registered Nurse with travel experience. /n - ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications preferred. /n - Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred. /n - Skills in cardiac monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and IV therapy. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
