Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Registered Nurses to fill available shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Essex, MD. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team. Why Join Us? Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license from the state of MD and current BLS Certification. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience. Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, cultural competency, collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
