Provides creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of Bachelors degree in the field of early childhood education, Elementary Education and or Business administration. Minimum of 2 years experience managing a child care/preschool center.
