Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Perry Hall, MD $55-$60/hr Private Practice No Weekends Well-established, patient-focused private dental practice in Perry Hall is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive team. This role is a good fit for a hygienist who values quality care, a calm clinical pace, and a predictable schedule . Schedule (Consistent & Flexible) Choose 2-4 consistent weekdays Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM No evenings or weekends Schedule set in advance with no last-minute changes Pay & Key Benefits $55-$60 per hour , based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer match 50% medical insurance coverage Bonus opportunities Clinical Environment Focus on preventive, patient-centered hygiene Well-paced days with realistic patient expectations Digital X-rays and modern systems (Open Dental experience a plus) Team-oriented practice where hygiene is respected What You'll Be Doing Providing routine dental cleanings and preventive care Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate records Working collaboratively with the dentist and team What We're Looking For Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist license Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Strong communication and education skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Newer and experienced hygienists are both welcome to apply.
