center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18
months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest

considered. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated
self-starter to join our team in a managerial & administrative role
and be responsible for daily operations at our therapy center. Our
team members are expected to be leaders in the community, ensure
our high-quality standards are met, and foster an exceptional work
environment. The right candidate will have extremely strong
attention to detail in addition to being professional, energetic,
organized, and driven. You don't mind wearing different hats and
take the initiative to get things done. We will train you on the
specific job responsibilities, although the right fit will quickly
and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

possible service to our staff and clients! Your Day-to-Day
Responsibilities: Managing communication with the parents and
families enrolled in our program Onboarding new clients and hosting
center tours Managing and approving sick leave and vacation
requests for employees Validating the accuracy of center schedules
Holding clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within
24 hours Ensuring that clinical note audits occur to maintain
accuracy of billing Maintaining employee certifications and
credentials Document management, both for clients and employees
Ensuring adherence to budget requirements for center purchases
Communicating with the insurance and billing department regarding
client insurance authorizations Communicating with the talent
acquisition department regarding any resignations or staffing needs
Maintaining and recognizing staff birthdays and organizing
team-building events Physical Requirements: Ability to sit on the
floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of
time Ability to reach and hold objects Ability to lift 30 pounds
