HomeCentris Home Health is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide quality care and nursing oversight of its Medicare skilled homecare services in the setting where our clients most want to be, in their homes. Qualifications: · Current and unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the State of Maryland. · 2-3 years of experience as an LPN; home care experience strongly preferred. · Ability to work independently. · Maryland driver’s license and a minimum of one (1) year clean driving history. · Reliable transportation. · A positive attitude and a commitment to the clients we serve. · Monday through Friday availability, with 3-4 patients a day generally. · Some weekend starts of care may be required.
