Job Description Job Description Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - Towson, MD (100% Remote) - New graduates are welcome to apply Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Clinicians are encouraged to create their own schedules) Evening and/or weekend availability preferred About the Opportunity We are seeking a Maryland-licensed Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join a growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving individuals and families across Maryland. This role offers flexibility, remote work options, and free supervision toward LCSW-C licensure in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Position Overview This is a full-time or part-time hybrid remote position for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensed in the state of Maryland. The LMSW will provide comprehensive mental health services including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial intake assessments Diagnose and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide individual and family counseling services Deliver behavioral therapy and clinical interventions Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems effectively Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field Active LMSW license in the State of Maryland (required) Experience in mental health counseling preferred Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques Compensation & Benefits: $55 per hour (W-2) $300 monthly health/dental/vision insurance stipend $500 training bonus 10 days paid time off (approx. $2,800 value) Free supervision toward LCSW-C licensure Flexible schedule - choose your own hours Fully remote work flexibility Full-time caseload: 22-25 clients per week $250 referral bonus if position is filled through referral If interested send your resume to navya.masti@protouchstaffing.com (or) Contact: 972-632-4503 Company Description Protouch Staffing is a trusted staffing partner specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
