Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work three 12-hour night shifts from 6:50 PM to 7:20 AM /n• Every 3rd weekend required as needed /n• Patient ratio typically 1:4 (can go up to 6 as needed) /n• 2 years of nursing experience required /n• First-time travelers accepted /n• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms /n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS /n• NIHSS preferred /n• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions /n• Must have Maryland license or compact license at time of submission /n• 12 hours of orientation provided /n• Assigned to SM3 (South Main Three) Cardiac Telemetry unit /n• Required to float to NM4 (North Main Four) Neuro Telemetry and SM4 (South Main Four) Post Op/Observation as needed /n• Care for adults and geriatric patients with diagnoses including atrial fibrillation, chest pain, MI, arrhythmias, heart failure, COPD, and diabetes /n• Work with GE Cardiac Monitors and provide cardiac rhythm interpretation /n• Skills include telemetry monitoring, IV management, PICC line care, phlebotomy, wound care, and managing cardiac drips /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center featuring a 30-bed cardiac telemetry unit with modern cardiac monitoring equipment and interdisciplinary support services.
