Evaluate patients' conditions and develop appropriate therapy treatment plans Implement therapy interventions to promote patients' ability to perform daily activities Document patient care and progress collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Adapt treatment plans as necessary during the care continuum Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and in-home exercises Assist in the development of facility policies related to patient therapy services Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines Strong interpersonal and communication skills High adaptability to varying medical settings and patient needs Proficient in using therapy equipment and techniques Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state occupational therapy license NBCOT certification preferred
