Pool Summary Tower 1: 48 bed medical-surgical unit specializing in
post-surgical care Tower 3: 48 bed medical-surgical intermediate
care unit Tower 4: 48 bed medical-surgical cardiac telemetry unit
Tower 5: 48 bed medical-surgical unit specializing in stroke and
neurological illnesses Tower 6: 48 bed medical-surgical unit
specializing in renal care 4CA/4CB: Short Stay Unit ED Boarders
MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is the largest of the four
Baltimore-area MedStar Health hospitals and one of only 4 hospitals
in MD to have achieved Magnet status four times. Compensation Base
Rate calculated based on working experience as a nurse Hourly Float
Pool differential (X 12 hours) Night Differential (X 12 hours)
Weekend Differential (X 12 hours Charge/Preceptor Pay (X 12 hours)
Schedule Three 12-hour shifts & every 3rd weekend, holiday package
Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled,
compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of
needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving
patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns,
and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered
directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of

CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2 years of RN
experience required, at least 2 years of acute care experience in
the last 5 years strongly preferred Active MD RN License or Active
Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers
required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and NIHSS a plus. This
position has a hiring range of : USD $41.96 - USD $59.91 /Hr.
