Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced DVM who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and delivering top-tier veterinary care. Founded in 1999, our 4-doctor general practice treats dogs, cats, and exotic pets with an emphasis on client communication and fear-free handling. We offer a full range of medical care, including preventive medicine and vaccinations, routine dental care and dental treatment procedures, soft-tissue surgery, including laparoscopic techniques, nutritional and behavioral counseling, and advanced diagnostics (ultrasound/endoscopy). Requirements: DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary school Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in Maryland Minimum 3 years of small animal experience Clinical proficiency in general soft tissue and dental care Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred Onsite
