Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Pre Op /n/n Job Details: /n • Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of licensed physicians /n• Apply principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice /n• Use the nursing process to collaborate with patients, family members/significant others, professional peers and other healthcare team members /n• Individualize patient care for each assigned patient /n• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice /n• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures /n• Adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses /n• 2 years experience in area of clinical specialty preferred /n• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required /n• Bachelor's Degree required /n• PA Registered Nurse License required /n• Basic Life Support certification required /n• Multi State Compact RN License required /n• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides specialized pre-operative services as part of their surgical care continuum.
