About this Job: *PRN Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights* Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Regional Float Pool Ready to elevate your practice with flexibility and variety? Float to ICU and IMC units at least three of the following sites: MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital MedStar Harbor Hospital MedStar Montgomery Medical Center MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Enjoy a competitive base rate , hourly shift incentive , and additional pay for Charge and Preceptor shifts. PRN Requirements: Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule Two of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule 1 holiday a year 1 hard-to-fill shift per year Nursing Benefits Nationally recognized nurse wellbeing resources Systemwide referral bonus program—up to $6,000 for each RN and up to $4,000 for each LPN that joins MedStar Health Relocation assistance up to $5,000 Free parking for associates Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2 years of RN experience required; 2 years of Critical Care RN experience strongly preferred. Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations. This position has a hiring range of : USD $50.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
