Job Description Pediatric Anesthesiologist – Baltimore, MD (Full-Time, Hospital-Employed) Position Highlights: Permanent Position with a reputable health system Base Salary : $505,000 $50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS Regional anesthesia skills required (due to close collaboration with International Center for Limb Lengthening) Schedule & Call: Pediatric at-home call: 7 days per 28-day cycle Pediatric call-in rate: ~5–10% Adult 1st and 2nd call : Negotiable Optional additional call : $250/hour Benefits Package Includes: 8 weeks paid vacation 8 paid holidays Up to $30,000/year employer contribution to 403(b) Optional 457(b) deferred comp Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance CME, licensing, and professional membership reimbursement Malpractice coverage : $1M/$3M (fully paid) Practice Details: Team: 25 FT anesthesiologists, 12 PT anesthesiologists, 75 CRNAs, 11 anesthesia techs CRNAs always practice under anesthesiologist medical direction Not a partnership track, director role, or fee-for-service model Hospital-employed salaried position Facility Information: Full-service non-profit acute care teaching hospital Level II Trauma Center 401–500 licensed beds; >20,000 surgical cases/year Home to multiple residency programs (no anesthesiology residency) Located near Pimlico Racetrack , home of the Preakness Stakes RecruitWell Contact: Interested candidates or referrals encouraged Interview expenses negotiable RecruitWell will facilitate direct conversations with the hiring client
