Job Description System Pediatric Anesthesiologist Location:
Baltimore, Maryland A leading healthcare system in the Greater
Baltimore region is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join a
well-established anesthesia group providing general, pediatric, and
cardiothoracic anesthesia services across multiple hospitals and
surgical centers. The position offers exposure to a wide range of
surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiac,
thoracic, trauma, and pediatric cases, in a teaching hospital and
Level II Trauma Center environment.The team works closely with the
internationally recognized Center for Limb Lengthening and
Reconstruction, providing experience in complex and specialized
procedures.Qualifications: •Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology
(required)•BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications•Strong regional
anesthesia skillsCompensation & Benefits:•Base salary starting at
$460,000•Pediatric call stipend: $45,000•Sign-on bonus:
$50,000•Total earning potential up to $650,000 annually with
additional call pay•Comprehensive benefits including medical,
dental, vision, malpractice, CME reimbursement, and up to 8 weeks
paid vacation•Up to $30,000/year employer contribution toward a
403(b) retirement planCall Schedule:•Pediatric at-home call: 7 days
per 28-day period (5–10% call-in rate)•Adult call optional and
