working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Home Health RN in
Washington, Washington DC, 20373! Position Overview: Role:
Registered Nurse – Home Health Location: Washington, DC Start Date:
03/24/2026 Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension Schedule: 5x8
Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Call/Weekends: None required
Responsibilities: Perform Start of Care (SOC), OASIS-E admissions,
recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharge assessments
Complete accurate and timely documentation in HomeCare HomeBase
(HCHB) Point of Care EMR Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe
assessments and identify changes in patient condition Develop,
implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration
with physicians Perform peripheral IV starts and manage IV therapy,
including central lines and ports Administer medications, including
intravenous infusions, and provide medication reconciliation and
education Provide wound care, including wound VAC management and
pressure ulcer staging and treatment 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing

Requirements: DC RN License BLS Certification Minimum 2 years RN
experience Medicare-certified skilled home health experience
REQUIRED (Private duty/home care not accepted) OASIS E experience –
