Job Description:

join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our nursing
staff in ambulatory settings receive top-tier education and
training to deliver exceptional patient care. You will work closely
with medical professionals to develop and implement training
strategies, improve nursing practices, and promote the highest
standards of healthcare outcomes. Develop and implement educational
programs for nursing staff in ambulatory care settings. Evaluate
the effectiveness of training modules and adjust curriculum as
needed to meet the changing demands of healthcare. Support the
professional development of nurses by identifying learning needs
and providing appropriate training solutions. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and excellence
in clinical practice. Lead efforts in research and updating the
clinical practices based on the latest healthcare trends and
regulations. Strong educational and training skills tailored to
healthcare professionals. Excellent leadership and communication
skills. In-depth knowledge of current healthcare regulations, and
medical procedures. Ability to assess training effectiveness and
make data-driven decisions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) or
similar credentials preferred.
