Registered Nurse - RN – Float Pool – Acute Care - $10k sign on
bonus — Baltimore About the Role: As a Float Pool RN at Levindale
Hospital, you’ll join a skilled, flexible nursing team that
supports a variety of post-acute and long-term care units. Key
Responsibilities: Provide family-centered care across multiple
departments Develop and evaluate individualized care plans Educate
patients and families with empathy and clarity Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN
preferred Minimum 2 years of RN experience; Preferred experience in
post-acute, rehab, or long-term care preferred. Active Maryland RN
license BLS certification (AHA required) Benefits: $12/hr float
