About this Job: MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking a dedicated
Clinical Nurse to join our 10-private bed Labor & Delivery unit ,
part of our Certified Baby-Friendly Women’s Health Unit . We are
committed to promoting evidence-based maternity care, supporting
breastfeeding success, and delivering exceptional, family-centered
experiences. We offer flexible scheduling options to support
work-life balance, including straight day or night shifts, rotating
weekend schedule (every third weekend), minimal on-call
requirements Unit Description 10-bed unit, part of our Certified
Baby-Friendly Women's Health Unit, mothers enjoy spacious, private
L&D rooms. Choose the schedule that suits you best with
straight shifts, including day or evening shifts, featuring three
12-hour shifts per week and a rotating weekend schedule (every 3rd
weekend) with minimal on-call duties. Key Responsibilities As a
Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to
patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to
highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions,
identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop
appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or
coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing

American Red Cross). This position has a hiring range of : USD
$37.10 - USD $56.91 /Yr.
