In this vital role, you'll provide top-tier care in our state-of-the-art facilities focusing on cardiac patients who require constant monitoring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a patient-first environment that values innovative care and a team-oriented approach to health and wellness. Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, prompting intervention when necessary. Administer medications, document patient interactions, and communicate effectively with health care team. Maintain and operate telemetry equipment, ensuring accurate data transmission and analysis. Provide direct patient care and education, supporting patients and their families in post-operative recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure comprehensive, compliant patient care. Strong ability to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms. Proficiency in the use of telemetry equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High capability in clinical skills and a keen eye for detail. Medical Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
