Position TravelNurseSource is working with Adelphi Medical Staffing
to find a qualified Long-Term Care LPN / LVN in Frederick,
Maryland, 21701! Specialty: LPN - Long Term Care Job Type:
Contract/ Per Diem Shift Type: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12
hours) Must hold active LPN/LVN license in practicing state.
LTC/SNF/Assisted Living experience preferred. Strong clinical,
communication, and care skills. Able to follow care plans and
collaborate with staff. Clinical Care: Assist with ADLs and monitor
resident health status. Document resident care and report all
changes. Follow physician orders and established care plans. About
