II (BCBA®) Location: Wall, NJ Schedule: Full-Time, Salaried

support. Compensation & Incentives - Total compensation up to
$82,000–$110,000 annually (Includes base salary performance
incentives, based on caseload and structure selected) - Student
Loan Repayment: Up to $15,000 - Paid weekly What You’ll Do -
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based
assessments - Develop, implement, and oversee individualized
treatment plans - Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to
Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™) - Lead group supervision
and training sessions - Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and
professional standards - Build strong, collaborative relationships
with clients, families, and team members What You’ll Need - BCBA®
certification in good standing with the BACB® - New Jersey Behavior
Analyst license (active or in process prior to start date) -
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with strong professional
references - Excellent communication, organizational, and
technology skills - Ability to work both independently and as part
of a collaborative team - Commitment to ongoing professional growth
